As a practitioner, I treat each person as a dynamic being connected to the larger picture.
I treat one person at a time and stay with the patient, applying several rounds of therapeutic actions over one appointment. I stay curious about what is most effective for each patient and use that as a leverage to help them “get unstuck” and feel more like themselves again.
Education
I received my BA at St Mary’s College of Maryland, and DOM at Maryland University of Integrative Medicine, where I studied Five Elements Acupuncture and Chinese herbs. I apprenticed with Deborah Earley of Earley Wellness Group (Washington D.C.) and learned specialization in treating patients with chronic pain. I also studied trauma healing with Alaine D. Duncan in her Tao of Trauma program.
Family
Outside of my practice, I love to spend time outside in nature with my wife and baby.
